Due to the survey design in 2008/9 the original baseline figure was likely to be inaccurate. The 2009/10 survey is likely to be more accurate and although it shows a greater challenge it should provide a firm basis from which to measure results. It is estimated based on the amount of households in receipt of housing benefit 89 households should be moved to above 35. |
