The indicator measures a local authority's performance based on a combination of calculating its year on year change in total incidents of fly-tipping dealt with, compared with its year on year change in enforcement actions taken against fly-tipping.<br>Good performance is indicated by a decrease in incident numbers in and an increase in enforcement action.
