The target has not been met as a full time equivalent officer was seconded to another team.There is thefore a backlog of applications .These are now in the process of being determined .However, they have missed the target determination time. The section is also moving towards a new way of working following a review which is much more customer focused .Whilst this system beds in and the team is migrated to working in this way , performance will be affected.It is invisaged that this will not last beyond the end of August 2011.
