The number of private sector vacant dwellings that are returned into occupation during the year as a direct result of action by the local authority.
From 2009/10, this indicator only includes:
existing empty properties reoccupied as a result of action by the Council.This includes the Bond Guarantee Scheme,but only where the bond scheme returns a long-term empty property back into use. |
